Your job is to figure out what's holding them back, build the plan to fix it, and work with the founders to execute. You'll touch every part of the business — marketing, sales, ops, people. If you're the person who gets pulled into problems because you're good at solving them, this is that role full-time.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years in management consulting, private equity, or operating role at a company doing $3M+ in revenue
  • Built financial models or P&L analyses that informed real business decisions
  • Managed or led at least one cross-functional project from scoping to execution
  • Worked directly with founders or C-suite in a client-facing capacity

Nice to Haves

  • Worked with founder-led businesses doing $3M–$30M in revenue
  • Ran or contributed to a paid acquisition, sales, or hiring initiative with measurable results
  • Have read $100M Offers, $100M Leads, or $100M Money Models
  • Willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with portfolio company founders to identify and prioritize their biggest growth constraints
  • Build and deliver strategic recommendations backed by data, financial analysis, and operator frameworks
  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning marketing, sales, people, and operations

Expectations

  • Within 30 days: You've completed a full diagnostic on your first 2-3 portfolio companies — their P&L, their funnel, their team structure — and presented your top constraint and recommended fix to each founder.
  • Within 60 days: You own 2-3 engagements end-to-end. At least one founder has implemented your recommendation and can point to a specific metric that moved because of it.
  • Within 90 days: You've delivered a measurable revenue or profit improvement to a portfolio company.
