Your job is to qualify them and book the ones worth talking to. You're the first voice they hear from us — if you're good on the phone and can tell who's serious in under 5 minutes, you'll set a lot of meetings.
Must Haves
- 1+ year of outbound B2B sales experience
- Consistently hit or exceeded monthly quota or activity targets
- Used a CRM daily (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Sold to business owners or decision-makers, not consumers
Nice to Haves
- Sold high-ticket services ($5K+) or coaching/consulting offers
- Set appointments via cold calling in a previous role
- Have read $100M Offers, $100M Leads, or $100M Money Models
- Worked on a sales team of 5+ reps
Core Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from business owners doing $1M–$10M in annual revenue
- Set qualified appointments for the senior sales team via phone, email, and social outreach
Expectations
- Within 30 days: You've completed training, made your first 1,000+ outbound touches, and booked your first qualified appointments.
- Within 60 days: You're hitting 15+ qualified appointments per week on a consistent basis. You know the script cold, you can handle the top 10 objections without thinking, and your show rate is above team average.
- Within 90 days: You're at full quota. The pipeline you've built has contributed to $100K+ in closed revenue.
